The Manufactured Home Residents Bill of Rights would cap lot rent increases at 3% for residents. We need thousands of signatures to show our elected officials how much this matters to Minnesotans. Sign by visiting this link: bit.ly/parksunited4change
You can share this with your family and friends — you don’t have to live in a manufactured home community to show your support!

The data our state collects about manufactured home communities isn’t very good… we’re working on encouraging them to make it better. But for now, in order for us to make the case to our elected officials that this is a problem impacting manufactured home residents across the state, we need information directly from YOU: https://forms.gle/5MzV2pAZoJfpMVTw9
Thanks for stepping up to take action! Here are the 3 things you can do right now to show your support for the Manufactured Home Residents Bill of Rights to cap lot rent and more for manufactured home residents. It will only take 15 minutes!
Who We Are
The Manufactured Home Residents Collective (MHRC) of ISAIAH is building people power with manufactured home residents to address issues impacting our parks. We do this by building park organizing teams and resident associations led by residents, leading and changing local and statewide policy, and fighting back against corporate and private equity ownership. Right now, we’re working on a statewide policy called the Manufactured Home Residents Bill of Rights that would cap lot rent at 3% annually and put more protections in place for Minnesota’s manufactured home residents!
We are part of a larger organization called ISAIAH whose mission is to build people power with Minnesotans across backgrounds so that we can fight back against greedy corporations, build a democracy where everyday people have a seat at the table, and win the things we all need to make our lives better.
It's going to take all of us to keep fighting for the future we all deserve for our parks. One petition, one public action, or one elected official isn't going to fix it for us. We're in a marathon, not a sprint, and we've gotta build people power with our neighbors to win! We’re excited to build with you.
